I tried this place for the first time, and it’s one of the few spots where I can tapioca dumplings. The restaurant was packed and seemed a bit understaffed, so our food took a little while to come out, but it was worth the wait. The place was very clean, and the food was excellent. I absolutely loved the bánh lọc trần, but the grilled pork chop was a pleasant surprise! I appreciated that they included a small bowl of soup on the side—the aroma and flavor were wonderful. I definitely want to come back to try more items on the menu. Since this is a new establishment, I was impressed by how clean everything was.
I had an amazing lunch at Ngu Binh restaurant! As a Vietnamese, I truly appreciate authentic flavors, and this place did not disappoint. My friend and I both ordered Bun Bo Hue, Pork & shrimp tapioca dumplings, and Vietnamese coffee. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was both friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making for a really enjoyable dining experience.
