Digital gift cards are delivered by email once payment has been confirmed and are non-refundable once issued.

Delivery orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or SkipTheDishes are subject to that platform’s own terms of use, privacy policy, and delivery timelines, which are outside of our control. Ngu Binh Vietnamese Cuisine is not responsible for delays, order issues, or charges that occur on a third-party platform.

5. Pricing, Availability & Errors

Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep pricing and descriptions accurate, we are not liable for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes, even after an order has been placed.
